How to Track

  1. Check your email — Look for a shipping confirmation from us. It includes your USPS tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
  2. Use your tracking number — Enter your tracking number directly on the USPS Tracking page.
  3. Check your order status — You can also view your order status by visiting your account page or using the link in your order confirmation email.

When Will I Get Updates?

Tracking updates are provided by USPS and typically appear within 24 hours of your order shipping. Updates may be delayed during peak shipping periods or holidays.
